Acknowledgment

• You agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Paid Tier and Subscription Terms

• Paid Tier: LogBuddy offers a subscription-based paid tier with enhanced features.
• Billing & Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms when subscribing.
• Refunds: First-time users are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. Prorated refunds are available within 14 days of your charge.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings. Access continues until the billing cycle ends.
• Usage Limits: Free-tier users may have limited saved snippets. Upgrading unlocks more features.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogBuddy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using or being unable to use the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranties. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
